Cancellation and Refund Policies

Online courses are refundable within 15 days of purchase, provided the course has not be accessed. Once the purchaser has set up a student profile and created a unique password, the course is considered “accessed.” Refund requests must be received by email at [email protected]. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.

Multiple payments for the same course: If a purchaser has made an extra payment (same course bought multiple times), a refund will be issued upon request.
