This self-paced online training is for all employees. It provides fundamental knowledge of the history, challenges, and inequities associated with LGBTQ2+ identities, and identifies respectful language, including terms and personal pronouns.

The objective is to support open communication and help foster a workplace culture where employees who identify as LGBTQ2+ feel safe and respected, and co-workers are strong allies.
