Respect and Inclusion in the Workplace: Online Training

Workplace health and safety laws across Canada identify discrimination, harassment, and the risk of violence as workplace hazards. Employers are required to train all employees to recognize unacceptable behaviours and respond appropriately.

This course meets those requirements. It's also built around the larger goal of creating a workplace culture where everyone feels safe, valued, and treated fairly.

Endorsed by Safety Services Canada as core anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, and workplace violence prevention training.
