Managing diversity and inclusion training doesn't need to be complicated
Employer accounts make it easy to order and distribute DEI training, track individual and group progress, and manage training records
Employer Accounts are the perfect solution for both small groups and larger organizations. It takes about ten minutes for us to set up your Employer Account and show you how to use it. There's no cost and we offer discount pricing to all Employer Account users.
Want to make DEI training an ongoing part of your employee onboarding? This is the perfect solution. Your records are well-organized, you can train new people immediately, and your employer account discount applies to every purchase.
An Employer Account Makes Administration Easy
Manage training records with an Admin Console
Your Employer Account includes an Admin Console where you order and distribute training, track individual and group progress, and manage DEI training records. Employer accounts are FREE and employer account users receive discounts on all of our diversity and inclusion courses.
Get discounted pricing on all DEI courses
All Employer Account users receive preferred pricing. And your organization can qualify for an Employer Account with as few as 10 people requiring training.
It's impossible to over-buy because units of training never expire
PIN/Password combinations are not considered used until someone signs in and sets up their student account. So, you can purchase units of training when it matches your budget and use them when it matches your training needs.
All you need is an internet connection
Both training participants and DEI administrators can log in from work or home. The only requirement is an internet connection and access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Accessible on any device
All of our diversity and inclusion training courses are built using responsive design. So long as participants have an internet connection, they can train from any location, using their computer, smartphone, or tablet.
Self-paced learning allows each participant to progress at a pace that matches their learning style and prior knowledge of the topic. Learners can also pause at any time and return to the correct page when they log in again.
Certificates of Completion
When a participant passes mandatory testing, they can download a Certificate of Completion that includes their name and the date of DEI training. Administrators can also see completion dates and download Certificates through the Admin Console.
An Interactive Learning Experience
Learning doesn’t need to be a chore. We keep participants engaged, using interactive exercises, pop up quizzes, scenario activities, and more. Individuals can also choose to listen to audio, or turn the audio off, to match their preferences.
Ongoing Access to Course Materials
After successful completion of DEI training, participants can continue to access course content. They can log in at any time to review materials, re-try quizzes and activities, and more.
Highly recommended for small organizations or frequently changing teams
"Canadian Diversity Initiative courses are comparable to longer, more expensive programs, are developed in community, and can be carried out at the learner’s convenience. Highly recommended for small organizations or frequently changing teams."

Cost-effective, comprehensive training
"We were looking for cost-effective, comprehensive training for our staff to help us continue to build an inclusive workplace. The Canadian Diversity Initiative was very responsive, and we went with their Respect and Inclusion in the Workplace e-learning course. We received very positive feedback from staff, and we all learned new ways of enacting our commitment to inclusion."
