Providing diversity and inclusion training doesn't need to be complicated or time-consuming.
Our employer accounts make it easy for you to order and distribute DEI training, track the progress of participants, manage training records, and create reports.
It takes about ten minutes for us to create your employer account and show you how to use it. There are no set up costs and a 20% discount (or more) applies to all purchases made through your account. Plus, employer account users can access French-language versions of our most popular courses.
Want to make DEI training an ongoing part of your employee onboarding? This is the perfect solution.
An employer account makes DEI training easy and affordable.
You can train everyone with the push of a button.
A user-friendly console lets you order training quickly and send it to participants via email. You can track individual and group progress, manage DEI training records, and create reports, all within minutes.
There are no set up costs and no pressure to buy large amounts of training.
Employer accounts are FREE and you don't need to make a commitment when it comes to how much training you're going to buy. Each time you purchase training through your account, a pre-set discount is applied. This discount is not dependent on the volume of your purchase. In addition, our units of training do not expire and are not considered "used" until a participant logs in. You can purchase units of training when it matches your budget and use them when it matches your DEI training needs.
You get a 20% discount (or more) on all of our DEI courses.
Most employer accounts are set up with an automatic 20% discount which applies to all purchases. Higher discounts are available for non-profit organizations, schools, and large employers.
Training can happen at work or at home.
Flexible work arrangements are now the norm. Our DEI training can be completed anywhere there's an internet connection. All participants need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Highly recommended for small organizations or frequently changing teams
"Canadian Diversity Initiative courses are comparable to longer, more expensive programs, are developed in community, and can be carried out at the learner’s convenience. Highly recommended for small organizations or frequently changing teams."

Cost-effective, comprehensive training
"We were looking for cost-effective, comprehensive training for our staff to help us continue to build an inclusive workplace. The Canadian Diversity Initiative was very responsive, and we went with their Respect and Inclusion in the Workplace e-learning course. We received very positive feedback from staff, and we all learned new ways of enacting our commitment to inclusion."
Michelle Martin, Manager of Organizational Learning
